Varsity Competition
Mandatory Practices begin August 1st. We will practice each week on Mondays from 5:30 - 7:00 and on Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:30. Thursday's football practices will occasionally be used for competition practices.
September 13th - Dawson County High
School
September 20th - Cartersville High School
September 27th - Morgan County High School
October 4th - Kennesaw Mountain High School (you may take the SAT at Pope that
morning)
October 11th - Peachtree Ridge High School
October 18th - PCA INVITATIONAL
October 25th - Walton High School
November 1st - Regions in Cartersville
November 7th and 8th - State Championship in Columbus
We are allowed to compete 6 times, not including regionals and state. We will compete 6 times between the dates of September 9th and October 28th. Please do not plan anything for the entire day the day of any scheduled competition. As always, due to unforeseen incidents, dates are subject to change. JV will compete in a maximum of 4 competitions, but will travel to support the varsity team.
