Performance Enhancement!
This summer we have the opportunity to enhance our performance with a series of workouts provided by the football coaches. This program will maximize the athletic potential of each student-athlete in all of our programs, build team unity school-wide, and develop mental toughness. This will be accomplished by using free weights, core development, and agility drills. We are asking that you attend at least TEN of the sessions to receive 2 merits. Attendance will be taken each time you attend. Please everyone be a part of this wonderful opportunity for us as a program to become stronger and tougher! We recommend you attend the "all-girl" sessions, but may attend co-ed sessions if the time slot works better for you!
Calendar: (Monday-Thursdays same time, meet in weight room)
Group 1 and 2 (Co-ED): 8:00-9:45am
Group 3: (All Female): 9:30-11:15 am
